Professional Packages are generally offered on all types of loan products with the interest rate discounted between 0.25% - 0.70% for the life of the loan below the normal interest rate. They are usually only offered for large loans or borrowers who fall into a particular industry groups. They usually attract annual fees with can reduce the benefit of the discount.
